very british

today i had the written part of my certificate in advanced english of the cambridge university,
it lasted the whole day and went quite fine, we’ll see how it turns out

it was very funny how british they were organizing, everything in its place, and you don’t have to keep other things than your writing equipment on your table, everything else has to be under your desk, there was no under the desk, so we put our wallets and pencil cases at the floor. i was not allowed to have my iced tea at the desk, only water because i could spill it over the paper and then it sticks. mobile phones had to be put switched off at the desk, you were not allowed to keep it in your bag and in silent mode, you could be punished to leave.

well they arrived at the 21st century by that, but with there questionaire paper at the beginning they still live in the last century, asking for your job segment they only provided bank clerk or plumber etc. no marketing or media design or some else modern jobs
