on nzz there’s another article about the big fires in greece, really nice is the ad for holidays in turkey inside the copy.
People search engines, everybody’s writing about: futurezone, stern, netzpolitik, golem, computerwoche. Astoundingly only german portals are talking about this new search engine. Maybe american people meanwhile are used to be spionaged. TheEuropean magazines are focusing on data security and spionage and personal rights. I tried out myself and did’nt get real surprising results. Spock and wink and zoominfo mainly are searching linkedin. Wink also found myspace and zoominfo found nothing. Interesting is that my linkedin profile knows my website and blog and my blog knows my delicious, flickr, xing account. Don’t know why spock didn’t follow the links every normal search engine like Google or Yahoo would do?! Additionally spock didn’t recognise the linkedin profile and myspace profile being the same person. In the end you can say it can only be found what you gave to the net, people without any profiles can’t be found. image by wikipedia
For all who haven’t recognized the new channel4 series “IT Crowd“. Well season 2 will start in a few days. It’s really funny and I can see some people I know in these roles.
